Chadwick-BaRoss is currently recruiting for an experienced parts counterperson in our Concord, NH location. The Parts Counterperson performs a combination of duties to obtain parts and supplies for heavy-duty equipment customers and in house technicians. Services customers, solicit additional sales and charge out inventory.

 Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer, factory and vendor support.
  • Process parts order for phone, counter and service sales
  • Service customers by identifying needed parts, using parts catalogs, computer system.
  • Locate and obtain parts
  • Obtain credit releases in accordance with Company Policy
  • Resolve customer invoicing problems
  • Review back order reports and expedite as needed
  • Update price manuals
  • File completed purchase orders in numerical order
  • Assist with yearly physical inventory

 Other Requirements:

  • Perform all other duties as assigned by Parts Manager
  • Participate in specialized training classes
  • Complete all required paperwork
  • Work safely and use safe techniques
  • Utilize computer system to perform data entry and placement of orders
  • Keep counters and parts room neat and clean

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in heavy equipment is preferred.
  • Good communication skills to interact with employees and customers.
  • Knowledge of techniques of receiving, storing, and issuing parts and supplies.
  • Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy weights.

CHADWICK-BAROSS, INC., is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Field Diesel Mechanics. The successful candidates will problem-solve mechanical issues on a full range of heavy duty construction and forestry products. Work responsibilities will include:


•    Machine Inspection and Services
•    Engine and power train repair.
•    Hydraulic diagnostics and repair
•    Service of electrical starting, charging, computer control system diagnostics and repair.
•    Provide exceptional customer service and satisfaction to all customers.
•    Valid Driver’s License Required

 Qualifications:
•    2-year technical degree or several years of comparable shop experience
•    2+ years of relevant diesel equipment repair experience preferred

CHADWICK-BAROSS, INC., is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Service Mechanic Foreman at our CHELMSFORD, MA location. The Service Mechanic Foreman will be responsible for working closely with management to provide outstanding customer service and satisfaction while maximizing service efficiency and profitability through timely and accurate records related to Service Department functions. 

 Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationships
  • Greet & direct all customers, research & answer customer questions & concerns promptly
  • Develop strong relationships with the top 20% of customers
  • Work Order Administration
  • Opening, process & close work orders Warranty Administration
  • Provide warranty purchase quotes, document warranty coverage, and apply, track & maintain warranties
  • Monitor and resolve all warranty policy discrepancies Personnel/Administrative
  • Track and coordinate training needs
  • Maintain miscellaneous branch records such as safety, OSHA, DOT/CDL
  • Problem solve and troubleshoot mechanical issues

  Qualifications:

CHADWICK-BAROSS, INC ., a growing leader in the Heavy Equipment industry is seeking a Human Resource Assistant to work in their Westbrook, ME location.  The Human Resources Assistant helps execute the day-to-day operations in the human resources department. This position administrates the process of recruiting, while supporting other facets of human resources processes: namely benefits administration, training and development, retention, policies, and compliance.  This position supports internal stakeholders working with cross-functional teams to achieve our overall business objectives. This position could require occasional travel as business needs dictate.

PRINCIPAL   DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

      
  • Administers the employee recruiting process from beginning to end; sourcing, phone screening, interviewing, scheduling, checking references, running background checks, preparing offer letters, coordination of onboarding processes and applicant tracking
  •   
  • Assists in the maintenance of all employee records and personnel files
  •   
  • Retains records in accordance with state and federal document retention requirements
